Universities are increasingly conscious of their role in promoting sustainability, and to this end, several universities have appointed sustainability officers and some have created units responsible for university sustainability initiatives. This gathering will provide university sustainability officers with an opportunity to share the challenges they face in their work and how they have tried to overcome these challenges.
To facilitate more open sharing, the gathering will be limited to sustainability officers from various universities and representatives from the USRN member institutions.
